| Our Client is a property management firm. They are seeking an experienced portfolio manager with a proven track record of success to work in their California office. Responsibilities: -Complete all accounting functions - Monitoring ongoing management issues, staff supervision, budget preparation and financial reporting, compliance with all state and federal laws and client communication. -Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. -Provide financial information for new acquisitions including modeling and due diligence. -Conduct semi-annual on-site audits at multifamily properties. -Create annual budgets and forecasts in conjunction with regional manager. Requirements *Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in multifamily properties. *Strong financial analysis and modeling skills in Excel. *Ability to work collaboratively with Regional VP, Property Managers, banks, *Knowledge of YARDI property management software is a plus.
